I have 2 roles at DISA.
- Team Leader DISA Non-Iron (Aluminium, Bronze, Steel)
- Area Sales Manager SIMPSON EU.
For how long have you worked at DISA?
It is going to be 3 years on 1st of July this year.
Can you share a fun or interesting fact about yourself?
When I was in University, my brother gave me his car for couple of months. The first day I forgot the car in the parking lot at my university and got back to home with bus.
I remembered next day that something was missing. I guess, I wasn’t ready at all.
If you could have any superpower to help you at work, what would it be?
It would be nice if I could read minds , In our job the most important thing is to understand people and sometimes it takes time.
What 3 words would you use to describe DISA?
- Responsibility: to our customers, to our impact to daily life of human, to our planet.
- Quality: never compromise on quality. We are aware that our quality is equal to your safety. How? DISA Moulding Machine = High quality casting = High quality vehicle = YOUR safety!
- Safety: we care about people more than anything. Therefore, we do things safe.
What sets DISA apart from other workplaces you've experienced?
People and products. It is super professional environment, but you still feel that family vibe. And the products are best of best, never compromise from quality.
What is the best part about your current role or the tasks/projects you're currently working on?
Engaging with people is one of the best parts of my role. Meeting with people all around the world and cooperating with our partners for success gives the biggest satisfaction.
