DS 4 SHOT BLAST SYSTEMS

The DS 4 series offers a wide spectrum of conceptual possibilities in different performance levels as the workpieces are simultaneously cleaned in several chambers. DS 4 shot blast systems are used to blast light alloy parts in big series.

Since the systems are loaded and unloaded during operation, the auxiliary process times can be minimized and the output increased. Parts – coming on a roller conveyor – are loaded into the manipulator by automatic handling devices or robots. After cycling from one blasting station to the next, they move to a shot removal station and from there to the original position for unloading.
