SRS shot peening systems are used for large gear wheels, bevel gears, wheel hubs, gear shafts and similar components. Cycled rotary operation: The workpieces rotate on satellite tables mounted on indexing turntables. Each turntable bears a fixture which can accommodate one or several vertically stacked workpieces.

Output up to 1000 pieces per hour, diameter 150 – 330 mm.
