STRIP DESCALING SYSTEMS FACTS

DISA shot blast systems are used for high performance mechanical descaling of stainless steel (Cr-Ni, titan strips), Si-alloyed strips on continuous production lines. The high quality and uniform descaling results in a massive reduction in the acidic density of the subsequent chemical descaling operation, the sludge residue in the pickling bath is substantially reduced.
