DISA MATCH STANDARD EQUIPMENT

The DISA MATCH machine is as standard supplied with the following:

• Programmable Logistic Controller (Allen-Bradley)
• Colour Visual Display Unit (VDU) (Siemens)
• In chamber spray
• Mould and matchplate blow off
• One down sprue and 12 plugs
• Technical documentation (DISA Industries A/S' installation-, service- and application manuals plus spare part list and diagrams)
• Drawings for producing down sprues and matchplate adapters

Like other equipment from DISA Industries A/S, the DISA MATCH is:

• Painted blue, RAL 5024 (except from the moving parts which are painted yellow, RAL 1003)
• Fully assembled in DISA Industries A/S' facilities before dispatch
• Installed and started up with supervision from personnel authorised by DISA Industries A/S
• Provided with training courses and quality spare parts from DISA Industries A/S
