DISA MATCH AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT

  • Automatic core setter (CSE)
With the automatic core setter (CSE) 120 m/h cored moulds can be produced on the DISA MATCH moulding machine and at the same time human influence can be avoided by placing the cores in the mould automatically. The function of the CSE is to increase the speed – compared to manual core setting – because cores can be placed in the CSE at the same time moulds are been made in the DISA MATCH moulding machine.

  • Light Curtain
On all machines there is a light curtain in the swing group side of the machine - this to ease the job of setting cores.
It is possible to get a second light curtain - in the matchplate carrier side of the machine. This makes access to the matchplate between each cycle easy, as no doors need to be opened (practical for jobs with e.g. exothermic riser sleeves on).
