Core shooting machines of the TP series are designed for high performance production of precision cores in big series. DISA TP core shooting machines meet complex production requirements on highest level and facilitate tailor made solutions for cores from 20 to 80 litres. Cycle times 16 – 20 sec. They are suitable for fully automatic production of difficult core structures and complex core parting and are adaptable to existing core boxes and processes as required (cold box, hot box etc.).
Depending on the machine configuration, cores are produced utilizing either vertical, horizontal or multi-parted core boxes. |
