AMC Thrust Bar Wear Strips

DISA is pleased to offer an improvement for all AMC thrust bars.  Hardened steel wear strips are 3 mm thick, and are bolted on the bottom roller surface to extend the useful life of the thrust bar. Use the wear strip as a template to locate the four 6 mm tapped holes.

2052B2711 is used on the L.H. & R.H. entrance thrust bars. One piece is required for each (shown mounted on the top rail in picture). One piece of 2052B2701 is used on the standard 1 meter iron thrust bars. Two pieces of 2052B2701 can be mounted on each 2 meter steel channel type thrust bar in the drive section of the AMC (shown at the bottom of picture). The attaching screws are 9103D6314.
 
To convert an entire 18 meter AMC requires:

• 2 pieces 2052B2711 short wear strip
• 34 pieces 2052B2701 standard wear strip
• 144 pieces 9103D6314 M6 screw
