2013 New CSE Slideway

Photo shows the DISA redesigned 2013 CSE slideway.
Part number 2043B0082 replaces the existing slideway 2043B0081.

The photo above shows DISA new design of 2013 CSE slideway 2043B0082 which can replace the existing slideway 2043B0081. The advantage of the new design is that disassembly allows the hardened wear bars to be “flipped” over and reused. This doubles the life over the existing design.

Note the two sets of alignment half holes in the middle “V” block and the pair of alignment half holes in each rail. When you “flip” the rails, (as shown on the left rail in the photo above), you simply move the alignment pins to the second set of holes, and retighten the slideway. Since the life of the slideway doubles, the slightly higher price of the newly designed 2043B0082 makes this an very cost effective part.
