In Chamber Parting Spray Retro-fit Kits

The DISA in-chamber spray system retro-fit kits provide these advantages:

Spray nozzles screw into the back of the side chamber plates so your existing “spray through the vents” chamber plates designed for other spray systems will work with the DISA spray system.

No part of the spray nozzle comes in contact with the sand mold since the nozzle sprays through a vent.

Kit shown contains optional replacement lube tank and pump. Contents of kit
will vary based upon each particular application. Where applicable
the kit will include a mini PLC to control the system.

DISA in-chamber spray systems offer much improved atomization of the parting fluid inside the spray nozzle before it reaches the chamber plate vent. Competitor’s designs rely on the ring vent to atomize the air and parting lube, but as the chamber plates wear and the ring vent gap widens, the atomization of the parting lube is less effective.

Each kit is tailor made for your machine type, 2110, 2013MK3, MK4, and MK5, 2130, 2070. The parting lube tank and pump are optional in case yours are missing or have been replaced by other components.
