2013 MK 3-5 CSE Light Curtain Kit

DISA has a retrofit Light Curtain Kit available for your 2013 Mk5 A or B machine. This kit is successfully operating at several customers.

Included in the retrofit light curtain kit is a modification to the hydraulic system that will control the in and out speed of the core setter. This added feature will allow you to increase or decrease the speed of the core setter according to core size.

Advantages:

Increase time for core insertion up to 1.0 second.
Gain up to 10% more production capacity on heavy core jobs.
Core setter control with variable speed.
Improved ergonomics.

Weekend installation with a DISA Supervisor.
