Our complete foundry solution includes a wide range of initiatives to reduce the environmental impact on facilities and operations – from building new, environmentally sustainable structures to improving the energy efficiency of older buildings and processes.

We take our own medicine when striving to lead the way to a sustainable future. As an example, our Technology Centre and headquarters in Denmark has achieved an annual saving of 2800 tonnes in CO2 emissions in 2014, compared to 2013; equivalent to the annual emissions of 1000 family homes. At the same time, a Japanese customer shows an 80% energy saving after switching to DISA vertical technology, while a Turkish customer is enjoying the benefits of of less sand and energy consumption, faster moulding speed and higher efficiency after implementing a DISA moulding solution.
