DISA Global Services is dedicated to providing the support customers need to derive maximum value from their investment in DISA moulding machines and equipment. Headquartered in Denmark with facilities in North America, Europe and Asia, DISA Global Services Moulding provides Support Services, TOPS Production Services and Foundry Optimization Services for DISA customers worldwide. The purpose of DISA Global Services is to help DISA customers achieve higher performance and sharper competitive edge through higher uptime, less scrap, higher castings quality and lower costs. All services are delivered according to Service Agreements that are customized to individual requirements and that enable the foundry to work on the basis of a controlled risk with foreseeable costs. Support Services – ensuring and maximizing uptime DISA Support services include regular and qualified service and maintenance in order to ensure efficient operation and maintenance day-in, day-out. Customized support agreements with deliveries of original DISA spare parts from one of DISA’s regional Distribution Centres contribute to a quick resumption of production. DISA Global Services also offers service and maintenance training, either on the customer’s premises or at DISA headquarters in Denmark. TOPS Production Services – maintaining peak productivity and earnings DISA TOPS is a special programme designed to help foundries optimize every aspect of their DISA moulding performance in order to maintain peak productivity. DISA TOPS includes a complete audit and inventory of DISA moulding machines and equipment as well as an evaluation of service and maintenance needs together with a detailed plan on how to achieve the best possible results at the lowest possible cost. In addition, the programme includes a spare parts inventory optimization review in order to avoid downtime due to lack of spare parts in stock, an analysis of training requirements and a process audit against Best Practice. DISA TOPS customers benefit from a priority programme that maps out and budgets activities to create a clear overview of options and investments that give the best return on a period of years.
