Blast cleaning is an ideal and reliable method to remove sand from iron and aluminium castings. The DISA range of products includes solutions for literally all castings. Our matured solutions are based on decades of experience which provide the customer with benefits and measurable advantages.

Batch-type Shot Blast Machines are cost effective solutions for tumble-proof castings and offer many applications for blast cleaning and handling of workpieces. Major advantages are the compact and simple design, well proven operating principle, high cleaning capacity, gentle tumbling to fully expose all surfaces of the workpieces, reliable removal of abrasive from internal passages.

Through-feed Shot Blast Machines offer continuous material flow and consistent blast cleaning quality. Continuous shot blast machines automate production and create a more human work environment.
