DISA FINALIZES DIVESTMENT OF FETTLING BUSINESS

With reference to the Group Strategy for DISA launched in January 2006, DISA has today sold the subsidiary DISA SERF to the German Technology company Senator Technology GmbH.

With the sale of SERF to Senator Technology we have found the right home for the company to ensure continued growth and development.
