DISA SELLS OFF THE COMPANY DISA GOFF, INC

DISA Group has today sold the subsidiary DISA Goff, Inc with effect of today to the Managing Director of DISA Goff, Keith Yerby.

In January 2006 DISA launched the new Group structure based on the two product lines, Moulding and Shot Blast, with the aim of being a global provider for both lines. Goff’s product offerings mainly consist of small non foundry shot blast machines as well as portable equipment targeting other customer segments than DISA’s core products. Therefore it has been decided that this business area will utilize the market opportunities better under a new ownership.

DISA will continue to sell its European manufactured shot blast machines out of the sales office in Oswego, IL, USA.
