DISA Friesenheim delivers the 100th dust collector to Spain

About 13 years ago, Mr. Roberto Cadarso snr. from Euro-Equip, Spain found out that the Spanish market is prepared for advanced air pollution
control systems in foundries. Since he was already the agent for DISA and BMD it was easy to get in touch with BMD Garant for the dust collectors.

After being convinced about the quality and technical features, he decided to start the dust collector business as further completion of his
product range and services to his customers. Mr. Cadarso also decided not to act as an agent, he understood that customers require local support and deliveries for the complete plant. He starts with the layout, delivery of local parts as ducts, hoods, fans and control panels to complete the scope of supply.

By developing this ideas and establishing their own small “Air department”, Euro-Equip has become the most successful reseller for the
DISA FS filters. Now Euro-Equip only orders the main dust collector from DISA Friesenheim, all the other parts and the engineering is made
locally.

Within the 13 years, 100 filters have been supplied mainly to the Spanish foundry industry which has made Euro-Equip the No. 1 supplier in this market segment.

Dust collector No. 100 is for Fagor Ederlan, to be installed as an extraction system for an induction furnace. Once again Euro-Equip could win this contract against very strong local competition due to their huge number of references and good customer reputation.
