A.P. MOLLER - MAERSK A/S DIVESTS THE DISA AIR DIVISION

APM has today released the following press release:

Dansk Industri Syndikat A/S has entered into an agreement of sale to Dantherm Holding A/S of the DISA Air Division. The final company transfer is expected to take place in the beginning of 2005.

By combining Dantherm Holding A/S and the DISA Air Division a number of synergies can be realised within comfort ventilation, process ventilation, and service on the Danish market.

The DISA Air Division today employs 920 people, and turnover for year 2004 is estimated at DKK 850-900 mill. The DISA Air Division assembles and produces industrial air filters.
