DISA 270 SYMPOSIUM IN COPEHAGEN

On 13 and 14 December 2004 DISA Industries A/S arranged a symposium and a presentation of the youngest family member of the New Generation - the DISA 270.

A total of 40 people participated in the symposium - 28 guests representing 12 foundries, agents and DISA representatives.

The symposium was divided into 4 sections:

• a welcome dinner in the evening of 13 December where the participants were invited to restaurant Copenhagen Corner for a typical Danish Christmas Dinner.
• in the morning of 14 December an oral presentation of the DISA 270 took place in the auditorium at the A. P. Moller – Maersk headquarters at Esplanaden.
• after lunch at Admiral Hotel a bus took the participants to the premises of DISA Industries at Herlev Hovedgade where the ”hands-on” presentation of the DISA 270 took place.
• guests who wanted to have a separate consultation could sign in for that on 15 December.

The symposium was carried through in accordance with the schedule and all actors on the podium as well as in the test department at DISA made a splendid job.

After the symposium several of the guests expressed their content with the arrangement and on top of that DISA signed contracts for a DISA 240-C and a DISA 250-C on 15 December 2004.
