Established in 1986, Procuritas was the first investment company in Scandinavia dedicated to MBOs.

Procuritas is a private equity house, specialized in initiating, structuring and financing management buyouts in Scandinavia. Procuritas advises buyout funds with committed capital in excess of three billion Swedish kronor, thus enabling significant transactions.

Procuritas has led or co-led 24 buyouts with a combined consideration in excess of ten billion Swedish kronor.

The buyouts have been made on a stand alone basis or through one of the three Private Equity funds that have been raised.

Procuritas Partners has 20 employees in offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen, which together with its network, allows for extensive cover of the entire Nordic region. Procuritas Partners is owned principally by its partners.
