DISA offers a complete range of moulding technologies to meet every requirement and demand from foundries all over the world. DISA moulding technologies include vertical, matchplate and horizontal moulding.

Since 1964 DISA has delivered more than 1,300 moulding systems. Most of these are still operating in jobbing and captive foundries in some 60 countries all over the world, producing short, medium and long series of iron, aluminium and copper alloy castings.

Vertical moulding is the best, and often the only competitive choice for the production of very close tolerance castings. The complete range of vertical moulding systems is based on the foundry-proven DISAMATIC principle.

The advent of the DISA New Generation moulding machines marks a switch away from the DISAMATIC® brand name in new products as in the DISA 231/240/250/270/280 range. The DISAMATIC® name will, however, be retained for existing DISAMATIC® products.
